Santa’s Festive Meal and Visit
Hello Everybody and welcome to Santa’s Festive Meal & Visit…this is our day trip Santa experience.
Enjoy a fabulous Family Festive Meal together at The Clanard Court Hotel and then Visit Santa afterwards in his Log Cabin for your special Gift this year, with a stop in Santa’s Workshop along the way!
Our Festive Meal & Santa Visit experience includes all the following:
- a 2 COURSE Festive Meal for Children & Adults;
- access to Santa’s Craftsy Workshop + Make-A-Teddy-Bear;
- Santa Visit + Santa Gift for Child / for Infant.
Our Festive Meal & Santa Visit 2022 December dates will be marked in our above booking calendar on 13 select dates from Friday 2nd – Friday 23rd December 2022 inclusive as follows:
Fri 2nd, Sat 3rd, Sun 4th, Fri 9th, Sat 10th, Sun 11th, Fri 16th, Sat 17th, Sun 18th, Tues 20th, Wed 21st, Thurs 22nd, Fri 23rd December
The timings of the 5 sittings to choose from on these days are at 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm.
Between having your Festive Meal beforehand and the Santa Visit experience afterwards, the duration will be approximately 2 hours.
HOW TO BOOK – go to the above calendar, all dates with availability are green (sold out days are in red), Select Your Date, then Select a Time Slot – when you hover over the selected time slot time the calendar will show you how many places are available for that time slot. A Place = A Person (meaning Child or Adult).
***PLEASE NOTE – for previous customers prior to 2020, the Festive Meal & Santa Visit is the replacement experience to the past Trail Only experience for 2022 and does not include The Trail***

- Infant = €20 (if food is required, this will be charged at your table)

Supporting Athy Community Projects and National Childrens Charities – To Date Santa’s Magical Trail has raised €61,500 for children’s charities and local community projects
Magical Sleepover
We guarantee FUN and oodles of Christmas Cheer, whilst encountering all sorts of characters on our Magical Trail including Holly Berry and her team of elves, Cringle Cook, Lazybones, Noelle Twinkle, Willy Wonka, Mrs. Claus and Santa of course.
Our Sleep Over 2022 includes all of the following:
- Santa’s Magical Trail passes for each adult and child booked on the Sleep Over (60 mins in duration);
- Family Dinner served by the Elves (Sample Menu Here – subject to change for 2022) – dinner call 7pm, dinner served 7.15pm;
- Elf Entertainment + Magic Show during and after Dinner – with drinks table service;
- Overnight Bed and Breakfast accommodation for at least one child and one adult to a maximum of a family of 6. (Roll away beds may be used for children).
2022 Sleep Over prices:
- Infant (0-12 months) = €30
- Child = €90
- Adult = €139
- €35 single adult occupancy supplement
- €3.00 booking fee per room
WE WILL HAVE AVAILABILITY ON DATES THAT ARE IN GREEN – if any more places become available due to cancellations, they will be reloaded for free sale and the date/s in the above booking calendar will turn green to display when these freed-up places have become available.
Our Sleep Over Nights 2022 December dates will be marked in our booking calendar on 12 select dates from Friday 2nd – Thursday 22nd December 2022 inclusive as follows:
Fri 2nd, Sat 3rd, Sun 4th, Fri 9th, Sat 10th, Sun 11th, Fri 16th, Sat 17th, Sun 18th, Tues 20th, Wed 21st, Thurs 22nd
Trail Start Times are at 15 minutes intervals, from 1.45pm to 4.45pm, up to 12 people per time slot.

What time will my room be ready at if I am on a Sleep Over?
Check-in time for your Sleep Over room is from 3.30pm. If your trail is before 3.45pm, please do leave your bags in your car and we will check you in directly after you Sleep Over Trail.
