Balloon Relay
Age 9-12 years
Categories Suitable for outdoor parties (as plenty of space is needed)
Players 10 or more
Equipment 2balloons (and maybe some spare ones just in case!)
Formation Two teams (with team members standing in a line)
Game The children split into two teams and line up behind their team mates. The first child on each team starts with a balloon between their chin and their chest (and holding the balloon only in this manner…no hands!) They then attempt to pass the balloon to the next team member using no hands and the next person must also hold the balloon using their chin and their chest. This continues until the last person gets the balloon. If the balloon is dropped (or bursts) the team must start again at the beginning. The first team to finish wins.
