Bike Fest – FREE Cycling Festival for All the Family
Cycling Ireland’s Family Cycling Festival takes place this summer to launch Bike Week. It once again will be in St. Anne’s Park, Clontarf, Dublin, and is a free cycling festival for all the family!
The sound of bicycle bells and laughter will fill up St. Anne’s Park, Raheny, on Sunday from 12 – 5 pm and the Dublin City Council Park will be transformed into a cycling haven for all the family to enjoy.
The the aim of providing a fun learning experience on the bike to children of all ages. The festival offers a good balance between the learning of new skills in the coached skills zones featuring Sprocket Rocket, Gearing up off Road, Strider Bikes and a mini cycle track, and a relaxed atmosphere in the picnic area.
Savage Skills are the UK’s leading freestyle mountain bike stunt team providing interactive, jaw dropping shows suitable for audiences of all ages and will be at Bike Fest .
Come along on the day to enjoy a festival and celebration of cycling in St. Anne’s Park, Dublin. Pre-registration is not required, the event is fully insured by Cycling Ireland, and all the zones are supported by fully qualified Cycling Ireland coaches and instructors. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
