Bray Summerfest – Bray Head Slide
Imagine the sensation of throwing caution to the wind and gliding down one of the most iconic seaside slopes in the country for a genuine thrill with spills! This unique experience may be yours for free by registering your interest NOW for the Bray Head Slide that is part of this year’s Bray Summerfest.
Ride the crest with the best as you surf on the turf! The board is replaced by a li-lo (Inflatable mattress) and your 90-metre ride is guided – made all the more easier with hay bales and tarpaulins creating a bumper-like barricade…necessary when zooming at an anticipated 25km per hour! The water is free flowing from the top with some suds to ensure your descent of eight degrees is slippery when wet!
Registrations are now open and close on Sunday July 6th at 5 pm.
Entry is FREE on a registration basis. Tickets will be limited to 700 people.
