Want to give the kids an extra special Christmas this year, well look no further than the Special Christmas Wonderland at The Farm Grenagh in Cork. Santa makes a special stop by train during December to see all the boys and girls, meet the elves, have a chat in his grotto, have hot chocolate and cookies and get an early Christmas present.

The Christmas elves and fairies are working their magical powers to the last preparing Santa’s Office and log cabin, the Elves’ Workshop, Mrs Claus’ Kitchen and the live crib at Christmas Wonderland, ahead of Santa’s arrival.

The 45 minute, mostly indoor Christmas Wonderland experience starts as soon as you arrive at The Farm, with jolly Christmas elves scurrying around bringing visitors on the wheelchair accessible train to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Trips to the North Pole depart every 10 minutes!

There are several sights to see on the journey to Santa’s cabin in the North Pole, from the live crib, Magical Forest, Elves Workshop, Santa’s Office and Mrs Claus’ Kitchen to the journey through the clouds to Santa’s Log Cabin.

The kids will get an early Christmas present before boarding the train back to The Farm where Mrs. Claus’s special treats including beverages, ho-ho-hot chocolate, merry mince pies and Christmas cookies await in the Haystack Restaurant, where Christmas movies and music will be keeping the festive mood going
