Colour Dash 2024
Join in Colour Dash 2024 in the Phoenix Park this June 30th for Dublin’s most colourful fun run! Get your family, friends, and workplace together to have fun and make a difference in the lives of cancer patients!

READY-SET-GO! Participants will run, walk, or jog a 5k route marked out within Phoenix Park. Throughout the Colour Dash event, participants are showered with coloured powder paint. The colouring used is 100% organic and natural.
Once you register, they will send you your wristband in the post – this will act as your ticket on the day. When you get to Phoenix Park, you will also receive a white Colour Dash t-shirt, but please wear old light-coloured clothes underneath so the colours will really stand out.
