Ireland’s first Winter Food, Drink, Craft and Horticulture Festival in 2015
With a focus on supporting Irish businesses, traders, craftspeople, producers and charities, I BELIEVE™ will run for 28 days in the lead-up to Christmas from Thursday, 26th November until Wednesday, 23rd December at the exceptional setting of Custom House Quarter in Dublin, which includes George’s Dock, The chq Building and its surrounding area.
I BELIEVE will be Ireland’s first winter food, drink, craft and horticulture festival centered on what will be the country’s most iconic Christmas tree, donated by Coillte to the people of Ireland. Standing at 50 foot tall, it will be inspired by the 82-year tradition behind the world-famous Rockefeller Tree in New York.With over 10,000 visitors expected per day, I BELIEVE will add an estimated €8.4 million to the economy, in addition to creating over 230 seasonal job..

I BELIEVE Christmas Tree
I BELIEVE™ will be proudly putting Dublin on the map this Christmas with an iconic 50ft Irish Christmas Tree, planted in Co. Wicklowand donated by Coillte. I BELIEVE™ will kick off with the inaugural Annual Tree Lighting ceremony on Thursday, 26th November, which will be free and open to the public to enjoy. Set to become Dublin’s finest Christmas landmark, it will rival New York’s Rockefeller Tree and become a new nation-wide official symbol of the Christmas season.
I BELIEVE in Santa
Dublin’s iconic Clerys Santa will be relocating his workshop and elves to the I BELIEVE Christmas Tree and Village for 2015 Santa’s new workshop will be located at the exceptional setting of Custom House Quarter in Dublin, which includes George’s dock, the CHQ building and its surrounding area. With a 30-minute group Santa experience, limited to 30 children per session, the children will meet Santa and his elves in his workshop for singing, fun and enchanting Christmas stories. Children will be encouraged to write their letter to Santa and pop into his official post box located in our kids Christmas play area.
Ticket price includes a commemorative photograph to take away, a magical bell to help Santa fly his sleigh and entrance to an exclusive kids area, which includes arts, crafts and family Christmas movies.

I BELIEVE has carefully curated a selection of the nation’s leading food, drink, craft and horticulture producers that will trade in a festive village advocating exceptional quality and locally sourced products. National and international visitors can discover or rediscover unforgettable flavours and aromas and find high quality, one-off gifts from individual traders or seasonal pop-up shops, including Bord Bia and Kilkenny Shop.

Exclusively the only full bar at I BELIEVE™ Christmas village Après Ski provides the perfect location for an aperitif, corporate functions, or as the perfect party starter for you and your friends this festive season. With the ability to cater for small groups or available in it’s entirety where bespoke food & drink packages can be tailored to your needs Après Ski really is the coolest place to be seen this Christmas! Tickets include a private table for the duration of the evening, table service and a drink on an arrival to kick start the party atmosphere.
