Santa Claus, together with Rudolph and his elves will be residing at the magically created Santa’s Hotel in Jackson’s hotel, Ballybofey from Saturday 23rd of November – Monday 23rd of December
Santa’s Hotel will be full of Christmas cheer with festive lighting on the exterior of the hotel, giving children a feeling of joy and Christmas magic!

The Santa Experience
The Santa Experience begins when guests are greeted on arrival at the hotel entrance by Santa’s helpers, who continue to welcome everybody for the duration of their stay. Santa’s Elves will bring the guest’s luggage to the bedroom where a special Christmas treat will await the children!
The show begins for everyone in Joe’s bar where the children will be given hot chocolate and marsh mallows in preparation for meeting Santa Claus and Rudolph.
When the children are finished their hot chocolate and marsh mallows, the Christmas tour is moved to the Garden where the children will meet Rudolph the red nose reindeer! Rudolph will be relaxing in the hotel’s garden before his annual trip with Santa Claus, delivering presents to all the good little boys and girls. Children can witness Rudolph getting fed before his annual trip with his favourite treats, Hay, Vegetables and Ivy.
The children will have an important role to play in the Garden, where they will sprinkle the magic reindeer dust for Rudolph so that he can magically fly Santa’s sleigh on Christmas Day! Afterwards, the children can get their picture taken with Rudolph in the Garden to capture the special moment.
Before Santa arrives, the children can visit the Christmas Kitchen where the Elves are busy baking and checking the special Christmas fare, which is a candy store filled with Christmas goodies and Christmas stories.
There is a special Santa’s Post office where all the children can write and send their letters to Santa Claus, where the postman
will arrive to collect all the letters and can be seen to deliver them to the North Pole.
Then the main part of the show will commence what all the children have been waiting patiently for – The arrival of Santa Claus to SANTA’S HOTEL.
Santa will arrive through his usual route, down the Chimney so stand back children and hope he doesn’t’ get stuck.
Santa will give all the children a very special gift. He will then stay in his amazing grotto where the children can later visit and get
there photos taken and placed within Christmas frames or Snow domes supplied.
Then next part of the tour is Movie Time, children will get a chance to watch a festive film supervised, so the parents can relax in front of our cosy open fire or retire to the lounge. Last but not least, at bedtime Santa and his Elves will knock on each door to wish one and all a special good night.
