Dún Laoghaire Rathdown Leisure operates public leisure centre facilities offer many attractions for families on a pay as you go bases as well as subscription offers. The Sports within dlr Leisure aim is to provide accessible community based sports & recreational programmes, to encourage sustainable development, make new friends, have fun and drive participation rates in all sports.

All activities are delivered by quality coaches who make participation fun for everyone, no matter their current level of ability.

Swimming Pools

They run swimming lessons for beginners from 4 years and up.

For confident swimmers in deep end with competence in front & backstroke including good breathing techniques. Improving breaststroke and introduction to butterfly & diving.

They also run Water Safety skill for children looking to develop knowledge and skill or prepare for a full Pool Lifeguard qualification. Programme runs all year round. Please contact reception for further details

Great Value

They also offer a number of pay as you go public swims so the family can all enjoy the pool
together. A family swim is €16.00 for 2 adults and 2 children / 1 adult and 3
children.

Keep an eye out for their fun swims, these are great fun with floats in the water for a more playful swim.

Kids Camps

DLR Leisure Services run multi sports camp with a wide range of activities for boys and girls aged between 4 years and 12 years, in their family friendly facilities in Meadowbrook, Monkstown , Ballyogan and Loughlinstown.

Golf Activities

At their facilities in Stepaside and Marlaythey offer you the chance to play golf on a pay as you go basis. They also have a number of all-weather pitches for hire throughout the year. Suitable for both soccer and GAA at these venues as well.

Membership Offers

At any of the Leisure Centre they offer a number of different subscriptions types
3/6/12 months for singles, couples and also they have a concession rate for
Students, OAP’s, Unemployed and Special needs. Full membership allows you
access to the gym, studio classes and all public swims. 1:1 training also available so you can achieve your goals faster.
