Free Public Guided Tour of the National Print Museum

Join the Free Public Guided Tour of the National Print Museum’s collection. During the interactive guided tour of the Museum, your are taken on a journey of discovery, with both technical descriptions and anecdotal tales, through the three core areas of the exhibition – the Composing Area, the Printing Area and the Finishing Area.  Each visitor is offered the opportunity to hand compose and print a poster during the tour!

Bealtaine Festival

To celebrate the Bealtaine Festival, the Museum will host the annual Reminiscence Evening with its volunteer with its volunteer active retired printers and compositors. Hear the captivating memories of their time in the printing industry shared in an informal and relaxed setting. Ask questions about the traditional craft of letterpress, which they will endeavour to answer with plenty of intelligence, with and charm.
