Rumleys Open Farm for a fun family day out in Cork, is one of Cork’s great kids attractions.
Visit Rumleys Open Farm, a working farm, see the exotic animals and pet some of their farm animals. They have a wide range of birds in their Aviaries, from Snowy Owls to Canaries.
After enjoying your tour why not relax and enjoy some of their home baked, cakes, desserts and bread in the farm café. They also offer teas, coffees and refreshments as well as a selection of homemade soups, sandwiches and salads.
Bring your own picnic, they have indoor and outdoor picnic areas.

Rumleys Winter Wonderland will return in 2024
From the 6th of November the farm will be closed for approximately four months for overall maintenance and renovations.
Unfortunately, due to this redevelopment, they will not be hosting their Christmas Winter Wonderland for 2023, but they hope to welcome Santa and his elves back to Rumley’s Farm in 2024.
They thank all their loyal customers for their support over the past 11 years and are looking forward to welcoming you back to the farm in spring 2024!
Rumleys Open Farm Birthday Parties:
Rumleys Open Farm is the ideal location for your birthday party or any other special event such as Communions, Confirmations or Family party.
Birthday parties at Rumley’s farm offer children and parents the opportunity to experience a real working farm. Children will get the opportunity to feed and hold animals – both cuddly and large as well as a very varied collection of fowl -animals that children would normally never get close to.
The main birthday attraction is our tractor tour around the complete farm with a number of stop off activities to find out about the animals, feed them and discover how the farm works. All activities will be tailored to the age group of the party. While this is definitely a big hit with the children it is our experience that adults enjoy the trip as much as the children.
They provide a safe and entertaining environment for which to hold your party.

Rumleys Open Farm School Tours:
Take a School Tours Trip to Rumley’s for a Fun and Educational filled Day Out for all ages. It is the perfect location for school within the Cork area and around Munster.
They have lots of activities which will be successful regardless of the weather including their indoor play area which is set up for lunches should the need arise and the farm tour takes place in a covered trailer to make it weather proof.
They have developed 3 programs that will appeal to both younger and older children where they not only get to play with the animals but to see how a working farm is run. It is also a program where teachers will learn a lot too and be able to bring some real experiences and exercises back to the class room.
The School Programs begin at 10 am and last until 1.30 pm to allow you adequate time to get here and get back for normal school closing time. If these times do not suit just let us know when you are booking on 021 488 5122 and we can arrange an alternative time

Halloween
Halloween At Rumleys Farm will go on through the mid-term 26th October – 4th November
Rumleys Open Farm will be hosting a special Halloween party and disco at 2:30 – 5:30pm on the bank holiday Monday 29th October
It’ll include games, sweets and treats and face painting… but not only that there will be spot prizes with a fancy dress competition that you have a chance of winning, you don’t wont to miss out!
