Stand Up Comedy Gig for Families

The final weekend of FunnyFest starts with a bang with Marcus Olaoire, Sharon Mannion and Paul Tylak flexing their comedy muscles for a family audience.

MC: Marcus OlaoireMC: Marcus Olaoire
Marcus is very strong, he loves food and he can speak French. He also loves working hard – he is a sandwich-maker, a DJ, an actor, a writer, a singer and a COMIC! His favourite jokes are ‘Knock-knock’ jokes. Marcus would like to own a great restaurant with French and Irish food, brilliant music and joking waiters.

“”I was weeping with laughter at one of his anecdotes. 100% storytelling banter in the Billy Connolly tradition…” The Skinny (2011)

Sharon MannionSharon Mannion
Sharon is an actor, a comic, a clown, a singer AND! a World Champion tree climber. Sharon will play games and tell jokes and stories and you will feel like you’ve been to the gym or climbed fifty trees and heard one hundred silly things! Sharon is very clever and quick so watch out. When she is older, she wants to be a President.

“…a faultless performance rich in indignity and passion” Chortle.co.uk.

Paul TylakPaul Tylak
Paul is a joke machine. Yes!, a machine, and he makes amazing jokes. But watch out, they are very silly and they make no sense but they are the best and silliest jokes you will ever hear. He plays a tiny guitar too or maybe his hands are very big?? Paul is training to be a Doctor…not a REAL one…a JOKE DOCTOR!

“One of the most naturally talented character comedians Ireland has ever produced…a one-man Fast Show” Brian Boyd-The Irish Times.
