The Farm Grenagh
The Farm Grenagh Co. Cork is the perfect place to enjoy with family and friends, with extensive activities for the kids, while the grown ups can simply relax and savour great locally produced food in there restaurant and café.
Catering for the notoriously Irish weather this traditional Irish open working farm has lots of kids activities, both indoor (under 5′s) and outdoor play areas – including a ball pool and sand pit, “kidbine” harvester, slide, swings and more.
Travel around The Farm in style on a tractor and trailer or barrel train ride or hop on the pedal karts, mini tractors, while the older children can test their limits on the zip wire!
You can also get up close and personal with the cows, sheep, horses, hens, ducks, deer, puppies, pigs, birds & donkeys.

The UK’s and Irelands favourite little green tractor, Tractor Ted has announced that The Farm Grenagh has been chosen to be one of their new Little Farm sites!
Tractor Ted is a loveable children’s character who captivates, entertains and educates young children with his exciting stories of real life farm adventures and discovery.
The hit series of DVDs and books cover real life stories about farming and the countryside. Launched over 10 years ago, Tractor Ted has become a ‘must have’ in young children’s lives and can now also be seen on TV channel Nick Jnr.
The Farm Grenagh is the only Tractor Ted Little Farm in the World with a REAL fully motorised Tractor Ted built by Mick Forde himself the owner of The Farm Grenagh

Santa makes a special stop by train at The Farm Grenagh, for December to see all the Cork boys and girls, meet the elves, have a chat in his grotto, have hot chocolate and cookies and get an early Christmas present!

School Tours
The Farm also host school tours , taking bookings for primary school tours from January and secondary school educational tours can be booked at any time of year.
The Farm is a traditional working mixed farm showcasing Native Irish Farm Animals & Crops.
Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with the animals in their natural environment and see a wide range of cereal crops and vegetables growing in the fields.
For Senior Classes, a light-hearted guided tour of The Heritage Village at The Farm demonstrates how life changed in rural Ireland when electrification & mechanization were introduced and we will explain to students what life was like before mobile phones & computers. Students will visit the farmhouse kitchens, the Post Office, DIY Store and communications museum from that period.

Directions to The Farm Grenagh in Co. Cork
From Cork –
Leave Cork on the N20 through Blackpool heading for Mallow.
Pass the Blarney exit on your left. Pass the Waterloo exit on your left.
Take the next left at the picnic area. Continue on this road for 2 miles. You will see “The Farm” on your left.
Follow the road around until you reach the Church and take the road to your right. Continue on this road until you reach a crossroads and then go left.
Continue along this road until you see The Farm on your right
