Santa’s Journey Roundwood
As Christmas approaches, Santa, with the help of his industrious elves and Mrs. Claus have created a magical Santa’s journey in the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains. This enchanted train journey sets off from the Ginger Bread Junction where you will laugh sing and enjoy your trip through the enchanted winter wonderland
After your short trip on Santa’s North Pole Express train, you will arrive at the North Pole Station where you will be greeted by Cookie the Elf.
Cookie will guide you towards Mrs.Claus Winter Cabin where Mrs.Claus is waiting to meet all the children.
Enjoy an audience with Mrs. Claus before entering Santa’s Winter Workshop for a special mini show with our funniest elves then through the secret passageway to meet Santa himself.
This year children and families will be meeting Santa individually so you have some family time with the Santa all to yourself!
Santa’s Journey kicks off on the 24th of November and runs every weekend until Christmas in the beautiful grounds of Djouce Golf Club, Roundwood, Co Wicklow

Directions To Santa’s Journey
Santa’s Journey is situated 6.5 km from the N11 motorway, 15km from South Dublin, 12km from Bray and 10km from Glendalough.
Santa’s Journey is located in Djouce Golf Club, Roundwood, Co. Wicklow.
From Dublin.
Follow the N11 South to the R755 Exit towards Dublin / Roundwood / Glendalough. At the first roundabout, take the 4th exit onto R755. At the 2nd roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on the R755 for approximately 10k. Immediately after ballinastoe crossroads you will see Santa’s Journey, in Djouce Golf Club on your left hand side.
From Wicklow.
Follow the N11 North from your location until you come to junction 11. At Junction 11, take the R774 exit to Greystones / Kilcoole. At the first roundabout take the 1st exit. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit. Continue on 400m and then turn left onto Downshill woods. Continue onto Tooman Rd. for 1.5km before turning right onto Tinnapark Drive / L1236. Continue on L1236 for 4.4km and you will arrive at Santa’s Journey at Djouce Golf Club.
